Code Mode is a separate HeyCalc experiment. It does not change the calculator title or open game resources until you choose a code.
What Code Mode means
Code Mode is a separate calculator input state that accepts a short four-digit code instead of a normal expression. The code list and behavior are site-specific. On HeyCalc, 0000 is reserved for the Code Mode list, while other configured codes are handled by the current page configuration. A code found on another domain is not a universal standard.
How to use the feature
Open Code Mode from the calculator control, enter four digits with the keypad or a physical keyboard, and wait for the page to validate the code. An invalid code shows a temporary error and returns the input to its normal state. Use Exit or Escape to return to the calculator and restore the expression workspace. The page does not require an account or a download.
Privacy and acceptable use
The Code Mode interface is a product interaction, not a method for bypassing school or workplace network rules. Network filtering and acceptable-use policies are controlled by the local administrator.
